浅谈偏头痛在中医内科治疗中的体会

Discussion on Experience in the Treatment of Migraine in Internal Medicine of Traditional Chinese Medicine

目的探讨中医内科治疗偏头痛的临床研究,比较治疗安全性与有效性。方法纳入偏头痛患者60例,所有患者均给予川芎天麻散治疗,按中医辨证分型予以方剂进行适当加减,进行1个疗程(20d)治疗,随访半年,观察疗效及不良反应。结果 60例患者中治愈37例(61.67%),显效13例(21.67%),有效5例(8.33%),无效5例(8.33%),总有效率为91.67%。治疗过程中均未发现严重的不良反应。结论中医内科针对偏头痛给予对症中药治疗具有明显的治疗效果,可起到缓解患者临床症状、调节气血的作用,且不良作用少,值得在临床上广泛推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical research in the treatment of migraine in internal medicine of traditional Chinese medicine,and to compare the efficacy and safety of the treatment. Method 60 patients with migraine were treated with Chuanxiong Tianma powder.The treatment continued one course（ 20d） according to the syndrome differentiation of TCM,and the curative effect and adverse reactions were observed after half a year＇s following-up. Result In 60 cases,37 cases（ 61. 67%） were cured,13 cases were markedly effective（ 21. 67%）,5 cases were effective（ 8. 33%）,5 cases were ineffective（ 8. 33%）,the total effective rate was 91. 67%,and no serious adverse reactions were found during the course of treatment. Conclusion Chinese medicine in the symptomatic treatment of migraine has significantly therapeutic effect,can play a role in relieving the clinical symptoms of patients,regulating the role of qi and blood,has less side effects,and is worthy of widespread application in clinical medicine.
