中医护理对COPD稳定期患者的作用

Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Nursing on Patients with Stable COPD

目的中医护理对于COPD稳定期患者的作用。方法选择2016年1月—2017年1月我院收治的50例COPD稳定期患者为研究的对象,随机分组,将其分为观察组和对照组,每组25例,对照组采取常规的护理方式,观察组采取中医护理,对比观察组和对照组在护理前后的肺功能和生活质量的评价情况。结果观察组的肺功能的改善情况要明显的优于对照组的肺功能的改善情况,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的生活质量情况要明显的优于对照组的生活质量情况,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过中医护理的方式能够有效的改善患者的肺功能,同时还能够使得患者的生活质量得到有效的改善,具有高效性和安全性,值得在临床应用和推广。

Objective To study the effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing on patients with stable COPD. Methods Fifty patients with stable COPD were enrolled in this study from January 2016 to January 2017. They were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 25 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine nursing methods,and the observation group took traditional Chinese medicine nursing. The lung function and quality of life evaluation before and after nursing was compared. Results The improvement of lung function in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. The quality of life of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）.Conclusion The traditional Chinese medicine nursing can effectively improve the patient＇s lung function,can also improve the quality of life of the patient,has high efficiency and safety,and is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
