中医辨证治疗脑梗死的临床研究

Clinical Research on Traditional Chinese Medicine in Treating Cerebral Infarction

目的研究治疗脑梗死中医辨证治疗的效果。方法收集脑梗死患者共120例,按照完全随机化分组原则将其分为对照组(60例)和观察组(60例),对照组接受常规治疗,观察组联合中医辨证治疗,将两组临床疗效、欧洲卒中量表评分以及神经功能缺损评分进行观察和对比。结果相较于对照组,观察组的治疗总有效率更高;就欧洲卒中量表评分而言,观察组显著高于对照组;而在神经功能缺损评分方面,观察组显著低于对照组,均P<0.05。结论在脑梗死患者的治疗过程中,中医辨证治疗能够显著改善患者临床症状,确保治疗效果,减轻其残障程度,值得推广应用。

Objective To study and analyze the effect of TCM in the treatment of cerebral infarction patients.Methods A total of 120 patients with cerebral infarction were divided into control group（ 60 cases） and observation group（ 60 cases） according to the principle of randomized grouping.The control group received routine treatment.The observation group was treated with TCM syndrome.The clinical effect,European stroke scale score and neurological deficit score were observed and compared.Results Comparing with the control group,the total effective rate of the treatment group was higher.In the European stroke scale,the observation group was significantly higher than the control group.In the neurological deficit score,the observation group was significantly lower than the control group P 0.05.Conclusion In the course of treatment of patients with cerebral infarction,TCM syndrome differentiation can significantly improve the clinical symptoms,ensure the therapeutic effect and alleviate the degree of disability.It is worthy to be popularized and applied.
