中医治疗脾胃虚寒型胃痛临床观察

Clinical Observation on Traditional Chinese Medicine on Stomachache Due to Deficiency of Spleen and Stomach

目的探究中医治疗脾胃虚寒型胃痛疗效。方法选择本院2015年12月—2016年12月60例脾胃虚寒型胃痛患者,采取随机的方式,分为对照组与观察组,对照组采取黄芪建中汤治疗,观察组采取雷火灸配合黄芪建中汤治疗,对比两组患者治疗效果、不良反应发生率及复发率。结果观察组治疗总有效率为96.67%,明显高于对照组为66.67%,P<0.05。观察组脾胃虚寒型胃痛患者不良反应发生率为3.33%,明显低于对照组的20.00%,P<0.05。观察组脾胃虚寒型胃痛患者复发率为3.45%,明显低于对照组的25.00%,P<0.05。结论采用雷火灸配合黄芪建中汤治疗脾胃虚寒型胃痛患者,具有显著的临床效果,且有效降低了其不良反应发生率及复发率,值得应用。

Objective To explore the curative effect of TCM in the treatment of stomachache due to deficiency of spleen and stomach.Methods 60 cases of patients with stomachache due to deficiency of spleen and stomach from December 2015 to December 2016 were randomly divided into control group and observation group.The control group was treated with Huangqi Jianzhong decoction,and the observation group was treated with thunder fire moxibustion combined with Huangqi Jianzhong decoction.The curative effect,the incidence of adverse reactions and recurrence rate was compared between the two groups.Result The total effective rate of the observation group was96.67% which was higher than 66.67% of the control group,P 0.05.The adverse reaction rate of the observation group was 3.33%which was significantly lower than 20.00% of the control group P 0.05.The recurrence rate of the observation group was 3.45% which was significantly lower than 25.00% of the control group P 0.05.Conclusion It is significant to use thunder fire moxibustion combined with Huangqi Jianzhong decoction in the treatment of stomachache due to deficiency of spleen and stomach,which has a significant clinical effect,and effectively reduce the incidence of adverse reactions and recurrence rate,and is worthy of application.
