独活寄生汤联合督灸疗法治疗强直性脊柱炎34例

Duhuo Jisheng Decoction Combined with Moxibustion Therapy in the Treatment of Ankylosing Spondylitis for 34 Cases

目的探究独活寄生汤联合督灸疗法治疗强直性脊柱炎效果。方法选取2014年3月—2016年9月郑州市第一人民医院68例强直性脊柱炎患者,依据治疗方案不同分组,各34例。单一组予以独活寄生汤加减治疗,联合组予以独活寄生汤+督灸疗法治疗。统计两组治疗效果,并对比治疗前、疗程结束后强直性脊柱炎病情活动(BASDAI)、脊柱功能(BASFI)及脊柱疼痛(VAS)恢复情况。结果联合组治疗总有效率为94.12%(32/34)远高于单一组的70.59%(24/34),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗前BASFI、BASDAI及VAS评分相比,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后相较于单一组,联合组BASFI、BASDAI及VAS评分均较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论独活寄生汤联合督灸疗法治疗强直性脊柱炎,可有效缓解强直性脊柱炎病情,明显促进患者脊柱功能及疼痛恢复,效果较为显著。

Objective To explore the effect of Duhuo Jisheng decoction combined with moxibustion therapy in the treatment of ankylosing spondylitis.Methods From March 2014 to September 2016,68 patients with ankylosing spondylitis in Zhengzhou First People＇s Hospital were divided into single group and combination group according to different treatment plan,with 34 cases in each group.The single group was treated with modified Duhuo Jisheng decoction,and the combination group was treated with Duhuo Jisheng decoction and moxibustion therapy.The curative effect of the two groups were analyzed,ankylosing spondylitis disease activity（ BASDAI）,spinal function（ BASFI）and spinal pain（ VAS） recovery before and after treatment of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate in the combination group was 94.12%（ 32/34） which was significantly higher than 70.59%（ 24/34） in the single group,and the difference was statistically significant（ P 0.05）.There was no significant difference in BASFI,BASDAI and VAS scores between the two groups before treatment（ P 0.05）.Comparing with the single group,the BASFI,BASDAI and VAS scores of the combination group were lower,and the difference was statistically significant（ P 0.05）.Conclusion Duhuo Jisheng decoction combined with moxibustion therapy in the treatment of ankylosing spondylitis gets significant effect,it can effectively alleviate the condition of ankylosing spondylitis,significantly promote the patient＇s spinal function and pain recovery,and the effect is more significant.
