针灸联合常规疗法治疗颈肩腰腿痛临床分析

Clinical Analysis on Acupuncture and Moxibustion Combined with Conventional Therapy in the Treatment of the Neck-Shoulder-Back-Leg Pain

目的分析针灸联合常规疗法对颈肩腰腿痛患者的疗效。方法选择2016年1月—2017年4月81例颈肩腰腿痛患者根据随机数字表分组。常规疗法组单纯进行常规治疗,主要有按摩、理疗和牵引等,联合治疗组则在常规疗法组基础上给予针灸治疗。比较两组颈肩腰腿痛治疗总有效率;疼痛消失时间、不良反应发生率;干预前后患者颈肩腰腿痛评分、生活质量评分、匹兹堡睡眠质量评分。结果联合治疗组颈肩腰腿痛治疗总有效率高于常规疗法组,P<0.05;联合治疗组疼痛消失时间短于常规疗法组,P<0.05;两组无明显不良反应,P>0.05。干预前两组颈肩腰腿痛评分、生活质量评分、匹兹堡睡眠质量评分相近,P>0.05;干预后联合治疗组颈肩腰腿痛评分、生活质量评分、匹兹堡睡眠质量评分优于常规疗法组,P<0.05。结论针灸联合常规疗法对颈肩腰腿痛患者的疗效确切,可有效减轻患者临床症状,减轻疼痛感,改善患者睡眠质量和生活质量,无明显不良反应,是颈肩腰腿痛的理想治疗方法,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the curative effect of acupuncture combined with conventional therapy on the neck-shoulder-back-leg pain patients.Methods From January 2016 to April 2017,81 cases of neck and shoulder pain patients were divided into two groups according to the random number table method.The routine therapy group only received routine treatment,mainly massage,physiotherapy and traction.The combined treatment group was given acupuncture treatment on the basis of routine treatment group.The total effective rate,the pain disappeared time,the incidence of adverse reactions in patients before and after intervention; neck and back pain score,quality of life score,sleep quality score of Pittsburgh was compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the combined treatment group was higher than that of the conventional therapy group P 0.05.The pain disappeared time of the combined treatment group was shorter than that of the conventional therapy group P 0.05.The two groups had no obvious adverse reactions P 0.05.Before intervention,pain score,quality of life score,score of Pittsburgh of the two groups was similar P 0.05.After intervention,neck and shoulder pain score,quality of life score,sleep quality score of Pittsburgh of the combined treatment group was better than that of the conventional therapy group P 0.05.Conclusion The acupuncture combined with conventional therapy on the neck-shoulder-back-leg pain patients has curative effect,can effectively relieve clinical symptoms and pain,improve sleep quality and quality of life,has no obvious adverse reactions,is an ideal method of treatment of neck and shoulder pain,and is worthy of promotion.
