补阳还五汤联合疏血通注射液治疗急性脑梗死48例

Buyang Huanwu Decoction Combined with Shuxuetong Injection in the Treatment of Acute Cerebral Infarction for 48 Cases

目的观察分析补阳还五汤联合疏血通注射液治疗急性脑梗死的效果。方法选取96例急性脑梗死患者,所有患者均给予常规治疗,其中48例患者加用疏血通注射液归为对照组,另48例患者加用补阳还五汤和疏血通注射液归为观察组,比较两组治疗的效果。结果观察组与对照组治疗的总有效率分别为95.83%、83.33%,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后血小板聚集率、纤维蛋白原水平、全血黏度及血浆黏度较治疗前明显降低,且治疗后观察组患者以上各指标水平明显低于对照组,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。两组患者治疗后NIHSS评分及ADL评分较治疗前明显改善,且观察组改善程度优于对照组,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论补阳还五汤联合疏血通注射液治疗急性脑梗死可取得良好的疗效,可有效改善患者血液流变学,促进神经功能恢复,值得推广应用。

Objective To observe the effect of Buyang Huanwu decoction combined with Shuxuetong injection in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.Methods Forty-nine patients with acute cerebral infarction were enrolled.All patients were treated with routine therapy.Among them,48 patients were treated with Shuxuetong injection as control group.The other 48 patients were treated with Buyang Huanwu decoction and Shuxuetong injection.The results were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group and the control group was 95.83% and 83.33% respectively,and the difference was statistically significant（ P 0.05）.The platelet aggregation rate,fibrinogen level,whole blood viscosity and plasma viscosity of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the level of the above indexes in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group（ P 0.05）.The difference was statistically significant significance.NIHSS score and ADL score of the two groups were significantly improved comparing with those before treatment,and the improvement of the observation group was better than that of the control group P 0.05,and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion Buyang Huanwu decoction combined with Shuxuetong injection can achieve good curative effect in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction,which can effectively improve hemorheology and promote the recovery of neurological function.It is worthy to be popularized and applied.
