肝火犯肺型内伤咳嗽的临床探讨

Discussion on the Etiology and Pathogenesis and Curative Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Endogenous Cough of Liver Fire Invading Lung

目的探讨内伤咳嗽之肝火犯肺型的病因病机及中医治疗方法的临床疗效分析。方法选取2015年7月—2016年12月我院收治的27例内伤咳嗽之肝火犯肺型患者,根据其病症表现分别采取不同的中医治疗方法,观察治疗效果。结果 27例内伤咳嗽之肝火犯肺型经中医治疗后,临床均得到明显改善未再复发。结论中医治疗内伤咳嗽之肝火犯肺型疗效显著,能够达到彻底根治的效果,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the etiology and pathogenesis and curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of endogenous cough of liver fire invading lung.Methods 27 patients with endogenous cough of liver fire invading lung in our hospital from July 2015 to December 2016 were treated by different TCM methods based on symptoms,and then the curative effect was observed.Results It has obvious improvement and no recurrence for 27 patients with endogenous cough of liver fire invading lung after TCM treatment.Conclusion It has obvious effect and complete recovery for with endogenous cough of liver fire invading lung treated by TCM treatment,and it is worth popularizing.
