校园足球特色学校足球文化体系建设研究——以海南为例

Research on the Construction of Football Culture System in Campus Football Characteristic Schools——taking Hainan as an example

校园足球文化体系的构建,反映了校园足球发展的现实需要和价值诉求。文章通过对海南省18个市县43所中小学校园足球特色学校的调查发现,校园足球文化体系在建设过程中存在亟需解决的问题:(1)学校领导理念滞后;(2)校园足球配套设施不足;(3)校园足球文化氛围不浓;(4)监督与评估机制缺失。建议:(1)继续加大政策导向作用;(2)重视校园足球环境设计;(3)秉承"以生为本"教学理念;(4)加强足球人力资源培训;(5)组建校园足球教育联盟;(6)构建科学监督评估机制。

The construction of campus football culture system reflects the realistic needs and value demands of campus football development. According to the survey of 43 campus football schools in 18 cities and counties of Hainan Prov ince, this paper finds that there are urgent problems in the construction of campus football culture system：①The concept of school leaderships lags behind; ②Campus football facilities are inadequate; ③Campus football culture atmos phere is not strong; ④Lack of supervision and evaluation mechanism. Suggestions： ①Continue to increase the policyoriented role; ②Take more attention to the campus football environment design;③Adhere to the ＂student-orienled＂ teaching philosophy; ④Strengthen football human resources training; ⑤Form the campus football education alliance; ⑥Oonstruct scientific supervision and evaluation mechanism.
