摘要 C19400铜合金是一种可用来制作引线框架的材料。采用金相显微镜、X射线衍射仪和扫描电镜研究了C19400铜合金铸态和轧制态的显微组织。结果表明:铸态C19400铜合金存在典型的树枝晶组织,树枝晶组织中有弥散的Fe_2P和碳元素偏聚;轧制态C19400铜合金存在典型的织构,还有α-Fe,RD面上有大颗粒的Fe_2P和碳元素偏聚,大颗粒的Fe_2P是在轧制过程中形成的,轧制不能消除碳偏析。 C19400 copper alloy is a material that may and as-rolled C19400 copper alloy were investigated be used to make lead frame. The microstructures of as-casted by means of optical microscope, X-ray diffractometer and scanning electron microscope. The results show that there are typical dendritic structures in the as-cast copper alloy, and Fe2P phases disperse in the dendritic structure. In addition, the typical texture and α-Fe are present in the as-rolled C19400 alloy, and large-sized Fe2P and carbon element segregation exist in the RD plane. The largesized Fe2P forms during the rolling, and the carbon element segregation can not be eliminated during the rolling.
