回火温度对40NiCrMo7钢力学性能及显微组织的影响 被引量:2

摘要 对40NiCrMo7钢进行了850℃淬火,然后分别在620℃650℃、680℃和710℃回火3 h。研究了回火温度对40NiCrMo7钢显微组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明,40NiCrMo7钢在上述温度回火后,其显微组织均主要为回火索氏体,而且随着回火温度的升高,钢的硬度和强度降低,而冲击韧度增加。 40NiCrMo7 steel was quenched from 850℃ and then separately tempered at 620℃,650℃,680℃ and 710℃ for 3 h. The effect of the tempering temperatures on microstructure and mechanical properties of the 40NiCrMo7 steel was investigated. The results showed that the microstrueture of 40CrNiMo7 steel after tempering at above-named temperatures was essentially tempered sorbite, and that as the tempering temperatures became higher the 40CrNiMo7 steel exhibited higher strength and hardness and lower impact toughness.
