我国经济社会所需的人才都出自各大高校,高校是我国教育体系的重中之重,体育专业在教育体系建设中具有不可取代的地位。国家每年不惜重金投入到高校教育中,高校通过自己的不懈努力接受了来自各方面的检验与监督。探讨高校体育资源共享的要求、现状及对社会的利弊,并提出社会共享机制要求,以期更好地满足社会需求。

Talents demanded by economic society in our country are all from institutions of higher education. Colleges are the top priority of the education system in our country, and the sports major has an irreplaceable position in education system construction. Every year, the state invests heavily in higher education, and the institutions of higher education accept the inspection and supervision from all sides through the unremitting efforts. This paper discusses the requirements, current situation and advantages and disadvantages on sports resources sharing mechanism, and proposes the social sharing mechanism to better meet the social needs.
