Cultivation of Humanistic Literacy of the Youth in the View of Culture Shock

随着世界经济一体化进程的加速以及科学技术的腾飞,人们已成功建立了"地球村"。然而,中国传统文化却因为西方文化的流入而面临着严峻的挑战,两种文化的碰撞必然会对当代人,特别是当代大学生的思想和人文素养产生深远的影响。基于此,着重探讨西方文化对当代青年人文素养的影响。

With the acceleration of the world economic integration process and the take-off of science and technology, the ＂global village＂ have been successfully established. Chinese traditional culture, however, is facing serious challenges because of the influx of western culture. Culture shock of the two kinds will inevitably have a profound impact on contemporary people, especially contemporary college students＇ thoughts and humanistic literacy. Based on this, the paper explores the influence of western culture on the humanistic literacy of contemporary youth.
