摘要
关于教师专业的发展方向一直以"理智""实践—反思"的研究方向为主,但是近几年随着研究的不断深入,人们对于生态取向的教师专业发展方向有了更深入的了解和认可。生态取向教师的专业发展方向是在原来的理智、实践—反思的基础上进行的,在原来研究取向质疑的基础上,又完善了相关的理论、理念。基于此,对生态取向教师专业发展的实践与反思进行探讨。
Teachers' professional development direction has already given priority to the research direction of "reason" and "practice and reflection", but with the deepening of the research in recent years, people have a deeper understanding and recognition for the ecological orientation of teachers' professional development direction which progresses based on the original development direction of reason, practice and reflection, and then perfects the related theory and concept by questioning the original research orientation. Based on this, this paper explores the practice and reflection on teacher's professional development of ecological orientation.
