高校辅导员队伍专业化发展的内涵及路径选择

作为高等院校教师团队重要组成成员,高校辅导员对于学生思想政治教育工作发挥着重要的作用。高等院校辅导员作为大学生成长的引路人,肩负着培养学生思想素质和人生价值观念的重大责任。只有不断提高高等院校辅导员队伍教学水平,才能够全面提升辅导员的思想素养,加强高等院校思想政治教育的时效性,从而提高高校辅导员的教学地位。基于此,现主要对高校辅导员队伍专业化发展的内涵及路径选择进行了探讨。

As the important member of the team of higher education teachers, college counselors play an important role in students＇ ideological and political education work. As the guider for college students＇ development, college counselors shoulder the great responsibility to cultivate students＇ ideological quality and life values. Only by constantly improving the teaching level of the college counselor team, can institutions of higher learning improve their ideological accomplishment and strengthen the effectiveness of college ideological and political education, and improve college counselors＇ teaching status. Based on this, this paper mainly discusses the connotation and path selection on college counselors＇ professional development.
