College students are the reserve talents of our country, and the society and school are paying great attention to the education of college students who will have some problems and difficulties in the study and life process. In this case, the teacher should change the traditional teaching method, provide broad space for development for college students. Emotional encouragement plays an important role in educational management for university students. This paper, by illustrating the important value of emotional encouragement in higher education, explores and analyzes the method of emotion encouragement in educational administration for university students.
