我国大学体育教学管理的发展与阻碍

Development and Hindrance of Teaching Management of College Sports Education in Our Country

大学体育教学不仅拥有更加专业的体育教师进行科学指导,并且教学项目更加多样,能让学生更容易地参与到与其相适应体育锻炼中去。我国的大学体育教学管理水平取得了明显提高,但与欧美等体育教育强国相比依然存在较大差距,仍然存在一些制约其发展的桎梏。我国大学体育教学管理与发展对策,应倾向于学生自身发展,在选课、学分制设置、教师培养等方面进行改革。

College physical education not only need to possess more professional sports teachers to conduct scientific instruction, but also need to make teaching programs more diverse so as to make students engaged in sports training. The level of teaching management on college physical education has been improved obviously in our county, but there still exist large gaps in sports education in comparison with other powerful countries like Europe and America, and there are still some constraints on its development in our country. This paper puts forward some countermeasures for the teaching management and development of physical education in China and suggests that students＇ self-development should be given stress on and the teaching reform should be conducted in terms of course-choosing, credit system setting teacher, cultivation and so on.
