Internet has spectacular influence in today＇s era. College students have a very high dependence on the network, and this kind of dependence objectively has its pros and cons, which, however, provides college English absolute advantages for ubiquitous learning which becomes even more scientific and practical and promotes college students＇ autonomous and effective learning particularly when the micro course method is applied in teaching. This paper analyzes ubiquitous learning and ways of constructing micro course for college English teaching in ubiquitous learning environment, and explores coherently the significance of constructing micro course for college English teaching in ubiquitous learning environment.
