随着我国不断发展进步、积极参与国际文化交流,促进中国文化弘扬的同时加强了对英语口语教育的重视。在国际化发展形势下,教育部不断创新教育大纲,培养现代国际化所需人才,因此,OBE理念逐渐渗透到大学英语口语教学当中,加强大学生英语口语交际综合运用能力,是各大学英语教学的首要导向目标,OBE理念对教学有着重要意义。

With the continuous development and progress of the society, our country actively participates international cultural exchanges, promotes the development of Chinese culture, and attaches great importance to oral English education. In the context of international development situation, the ministry of education constantly innovates educational syllabus to cultivate talents required by modem internationalization. Therefore, the OBE concept has been gradually infiltrated college oral English teaching. The first orientation goal of the college English teaching is to strengthen college students＇ language comprehensive application and communication ability because the OBE concept of teaching has important significance to language teaching.
