Study on Talents Training Model for Tourist English in Fujian under the Background of “One Belt And One Road”

"一带一路"概念的提出,给我国和世界各国之间在经济、政治、文化等多个领域全面合作提供了新方向,我国旅游业也因此产生了新的契机,旅游英语人才的培养被赋予了更高的要求。在政府政策支持和资金投入的基础上,解决当下存在的问题,找到科学的人才培养模式,将"一带一路"的目标融进来,为国家旅游市场贡献更多人才。通过对福建旅游英语人才培养存在问题的分析,希望对"一带一路"背景下福建旅游英语人才培养模式进行深入浅出的研究。

The proposal of the concept of ＂One Belt And One Road＂ provides a new direction for comprehensive cooperation between our country and the other countries of the world in terms of many fields such as economy, politics, culture and so on, and it also creates new opportunities for tourism in China. In this sense, tourism English talents cultivation is endowed with higher requirements. What should be done now is to solve the existing problems on the basis government policy support and funding, to find the scientific personnel training model, to make the goal of ＂One Belt And One Road＂ involved, and to cultivate more talents for the tourism market. This paper makes a study on talents training model for tourism English in Fujian in the background of＂One Belt And One Road＂ through analyzing the problems in the cultivation of tourism English talents.
