The planning and design for urban sculpture is regarded as the main path and means of presenting regional culture. This paper, taking the regional culture in Xi＇an as an example, discusses in great details how to present regional culture with the help urban sculpture planning, proposes the concrete methods for sculpture planning, and provides the reference for the historical and cultural heritage and the planning of urban sculpture system.
