摘要
研究了橄榄油冷制皂的油脂配方及工艺,通过实验测试比较了各种配方的皂体性能,同时明确了橄榄油冷制皂的生产工艺和各关键控制点的控制要领。
The paper studied the formulation and processing of cold-made olive oil toilet soap. The experiment compared the performances of soap body prepared with diverse formulations, and defined the technique of preparing cold-made olive oil soap as well as critical controlling points.
