弱酸性护手洗洁精的制备与性能研究

The Preparation and Performance Study on Weak Acid Hand-Protection Dishwashing Liquid

选用不同的pH缓冲体系,研究了其对洗洁精pH的影响,并对其添加量及配比进行了测试,保证洗洁精的弱酸稳定性;并筛选护肤剂,结合皮肤测试仪及感官评价,优化护手配方。实验结果表明,缓冲体系C添加量为0.8%,护肤剂选用H1时,洗洁精能维持在弱酸性,且具有护手功效。

This paper have studied about the influence of the pH of dish washing liquid produced by different pH buffer system, tested the additive amount and ratio to ensure the weak acid environment of dish washing liquid, and selected skin- care agents to measure their skin tester and sensory evaluation for the optimization of skin care dishwashing liquid formulation. The results showed that the buffer system C with the additive amount of 0.8% and H1 as the skin protector can maintain the weak acidity of dish washing liquid and protect hand skin.
