目标性心理护理干预对乳腺癌根治术后恢复期患者心理状态的影响价值评估

Evaluation of the Influence of Target Psychological Nursing Intervention on the psychological Status of Patients with Breast Cancer after Radical Mastectomy

目的:分析目标性心理护理干预对乳腺癌根治术后恢复期患者心理状态的影响。方法:选择笔者所在医院2015年1月21日-2016年3月21日收治的接受乳腺癌根治术的患者96例,均属于恢复期,对常规组患者采取一般心理护理,对试验组患者采取目标性心理护理,对比两组的护理效果。结果:试验组患者护理后SCL-90评分明显优于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组与常规组的护理满意度分别为95.83%与79.17%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对乳腺癌根治术恢复期患者采取目标性心理护理干预措施可充分体现医院以人为本的护理理念,能有效减轻患者心理负担,增强战胜疾病的信心,促进疾病早日康复,提高患者生活质量。

Objective： To analysis the effect of psychological nursing intervention on the psychological state of patients with recovery period after radical mastectomy of breast cancer.Method： In our hospital, from January 21, 2015 to March 21, 2016, a total of 96 cases with breast cancer belonged to the recovery period were divided into two groups, the general psychological nursing of patients applied in the routine group, aim psychological nursing of patients applied in the experimental group, nursing effects were compared between the two groups.Result： The SCL-90 score of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the routine group（P〈0.05）; nursing satisfaction of the experimental group and the routine group were 95.83% and 79.17% respectively（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： The radical operation of breast cancer patients adopting targeted psychological nursing intervention measures can fully reflect the people-oriented concept of hospital care, can effectively reduce the psychological burden of patients, enhance the confidence to overcome the disease, promote disease rehabilitation, improve the patients＇ life quality.
