试析集束化管理在手术室护士针刺伤防护中的应用

Analysis on the Application of Cluster Management in the Protection of Needle Stab Injury of Nurses in Operation Room

目的:试析集束化管理在手术室护士针刺伤(needle stick injury,NSI))防护中的应用。方法:回顾分析笔者所在医院2015年1月-2016年12月64名手术室护理人员的NSI发生状况,于2016年1-12月对所有人员实施集束化管理,经过随访调查研究后,对护理人员的NSI发生情况进行比较分析。结果:在未实施集束化管理前,手术室护理人员的NSI发生人数为53名,经过集束化管理后,手术室护理人员的NSI发生人数为20名,两者比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在手术室护士针刺伤防护中应用集束化管理可有效降低针刺伤的发生,适合推广。

Objective： To analyze the application of cluster management in the protection of needle stick injury（NSI） in operating room nurses. Method： From January 2015 to December 2016, the NSI occurred were retrospective analyzed for 64 nurses in our hospital operation morn, from January 2016 to December 2016, the cluster management of all personnel, through investigation and research of follow-up to nurses of NSI were compared.Result： In before the implementation of the cluster management, the number of NSI occur in operation room nursing staffs was 53 cases, after the cluster management, the number of NSI occur in operation room nurses was 20 cases, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： The application of cluster management can effectively reduce the occurrence of needle stick injury in the needle wound protection of nurses in operating theatre.
