高校教学督导担负着教学质量评价与监控、提高教育教学质量、促进教师队伍建设、推动教风和学风建设、实现人才培养目标的重要作用.因此必须加强教学督导队伍的建设,提高教学督导人员素质.在研究了国外教学督导基础上,对比分析我国高校教学督导队伍建设的差距,提出了加强高校教学督导队伍建设的方略.

Teaching supervision plays a very important role in colleges and universities： evaluating and mon- itoring teaching quality, improving teaching quality and education, promoting teaching staff construction, promot- ing teaching and study style construction, realizing the target of talent training. So the construction of teaching su- pervision team must be strengthened and the quality of the teaching supervision personnel should be improved. On the basis of foreign teaching supervision analysis, this paper tries to find the gap between the teaching supervi- sion team construction in colleges and universities in China and that abroad, puts forward the strategy to strength- en the construction of teaching supervision team.
