安全防护理论简析

本文通过分析当前国内外成熟的警务实战理论，结合国情警情特点，提出安全防护的内涵及知识体系，并围绕知识体系展开论证，创新性地提出了颜色循环理论、警情降级阶段的概念，以及安全防护措施的范畴。最终推导出警察的安全是构建在积极主动对自身及环境的控制与利用上，危险是可控、可防、可逆转的结论。

Based on the analysis of current theories of policing practices at home and abroad, combined with the characteristics of national conditions and law enforcement, the connotation and knowledge system of safety protection are obtained. According to the above contents, this paper puts forward the theory of color circulation, the concept of force de- escalation and the contents of safety protection. The paper concludes that the safety of the police offices is based on the active control and utilization of oneself and the environment, the risk is controllable, preventable and reversible.
