摘要
本文提出了利用检验机构现有的信息网络设施,将各种检测设备和仪器连接起来,以TCP/IP网络技术构建通信平台,开发机动车安全技术检验系统的设计思路。系统由业务大厅部署的信息服务模块、外检大棚部署的动态检验模块、检测车间部署的分布式计算机网络自动测控模块和机动车安全技术检验视频管理模块组成。,实现了送检车辆信息的交通违法联网查询、检测信息录入、车辆唯一性核查、底盘动态性能检验、线内分布式全自动检验和检验数据上报等功能。
The paper proposes to combine existing facilities with various testing equipment and instruments, based on the TCP / IP network technology, to build a communication platfoma. The system consists of the information service module in the Service Hall, the dynamic inspection module in the outer testing hall, the automatic control module and the video management module in the testing workshop.
