乳化沥青稀浆封层技术在公路养护中的应用

乳化沥青稀浆封层技术具有施工简单、经济性好、抗滑性好等特点,是目前最为流行的公路预防性养护手段之一。文章以河池市S211线大沙坡至德胜公路养护工程为例,介绍了乳化沥青稀浆封层的技术原理、材料选择、施工工艺等。该路段经养护施工后,工况良好,均达到标准要求,经使用后未出现裂缝病害,其养护技术经验值得向类似工程推广。

Emulsified asphalt slurry layer-sealing technology has the characteristics such as simple construction,good economy and good anti-slip property, which is one of the most popular highway preventive maintenance means.With Hechi S211 Line Dashapo-Desheng Highway maintenance engi- neering as the example,this article introduced the technical principle, material selection and construc- tion process of emulsified asphalt slurry layer-sealing.After the maintenance construction of this road section,the working conditions were good, and it reached the standard requirements, without any cracking diseases after the use, thus its maintenance technology experience is worthy of promotion in similar projects.
