髓内钉结合锁定钢板单皮质固定治疗股骨干C型骨折

Intramedullary nail combined with locking plate single cortical fixation for treatment of type C femoral shaft fractures

目的探讨应用髓内钉结合锁定钢板单皮质固定治疗股骨干C型骨折的临床疗效。方法应用髓内钉结合锁定钢板单皮质固定治疗26例股骨干C型骨折患者。结果患者均获得随访,时间6~18个月。26例患者骨折均复位良好、顺利愈合,无断板、断钉、骨不连等并发症,功能恢复良好。术后6个月根据Klemm功能恢复分级标准评价:优21例,良3例,可2例,优良率为24/26。结论采用髓内钉结合锁定钢板单皮质固定治疗股骨干C型骨折,固定稳定性好,功能恢复快,大大减少了术后骨不连以及断板、断钉等并发症。

Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of type C femoral shaft fractures treated by intramedullary nail combined with locking plate single cortical fixation. Methods The intramedullary nail combined with locking plate single cortical fixation were used to treat 26 patients with type C femoral shaft fractures. Results All patients were followed up for 6 N 18 months. The 26 cases of fractures got good reduction and were healed smoothly, no com- plications such as plate or screw breakage and bone nonunion, so function was recovered well. At 6 months postopera- tion, according to Klemm functional recovery standard, the results showed excellent in 21 cases, good in 3, fair in 2, excellent-good rate was 24/26. Conclusions Using intramedullary nail combined with locking plate single cortical fixation for treatment of type C femoral shaft fractures, which are good fixation stability, functional recovery fast, greatly reduce the postoperative complications such as plate or screw breakage and bone nonunion.
