缝合锚钉技术固定治疗下胫腓联合损伤

Treatment of distal tibiofibular syndesmosis injury with anchor technique fixation

目的探讨缝合锚钉技术固定治疗下胫腓联合损伤的近期疗效。方法采用缝合锚钉技术固定治疗28例下胫腓联合损伤患者。结果患者切口均一期愈合,未发生感染及皮肤坏死。27例患者获得随访,时间7~48个月;1例失访。27例骨折全部愈合,未发生内固定断裂及下胫腓联合分离。末次随访时,AOFAS踝-后足功能评分为89.7分±7.6分,优12例,良14例,可1例;VAS评分为1.7分±0.4分;踝关节活动度:背伸14°±5°,跖屈39°±8°。结论缝合锚钉技术固定是治疗下胫腓联合损伤的有效方法,手术操作简单,近期疗效满意。

Objective To investigate the short term curative effect of distal tibiofibular syndesmosis injury were trea- ted with anchor technique fixation. Methods Twenty-eight cases of distal tibiofibular syndesmosis injury were trea- ted with anchor technique fixation. Results Primary healing of incision was obtained in all patients, and no incision infection and skin necrosis occurred. Twenty-seven cases were followed up for 7 -48 months, 1 case was lost to fol- low-up. All fractures were healed well, no internal fixation loosening and tibiofibular syndesmosis diastasis occurred. In the last follow-up, the AOFAS ankle-hind foot score was （89.7 ± 7.6） points, the result was excellent in 12 ca- ses, good in 14, fair in 1. VAS was 1.7 ± 0.4. The degrees of dorsiflexion of the ankle was 14° ± 5°, degrees of plantar flexion of the ankle was 39° ± 8°. Conclusions Anchor technique fixation is an effective method to treat dis- tal tibiofibular syndesmosis injury, with convenient operation and satisfactory short term curative effect.
