绿洲城市是我国西部沙漠地区的一颗"绿珠",滨河地区作为绿洲城市最宝贵的空间资源,是影响城市风貌和美化城市环境的重要因素,是城市景观设计的重要组成部分,在城市景观中起着不可或缺的作用,亦是城市规划设计关注的热点。伊犁河(霍尔果斯经济开发区伊宁园段)湿岛旅游区景观规划设计以"中亚湿岛·西域明珠"为设计主题,通过整体空间结构划分指导各个功能分区的规划设计,并辅以生态、科学的绿化、驳岸等专项设计手法,力争将规划区打造成为一个集旅游观光、度假休闲、文化展示和生态保护于一体的国际化滨河旅游公园。

Oasis city is a green-pearl of desert area in western China. Waterfront district is the most valuable resource of oasis city, is the important factor which effect urban style and environment, is the important and indispensable park of urban landscape design, is the focused issue for urban planning and design, too. In ＂The Landscape Design for Yili Islands Design＂, ＂Island of Central Asia, Pearl of western region＂ was taken as the design topic, it guided the design of each functional district by spatial structural division, and used the ecological and scientific greening and revetment measure, plan a international waterfront tourist park with tourism, recreation, cultural presentation, and ecological protection function.
