哲学思维下的“城中村”归宿判断:从消亡走向重生

From Death To Rebirth: The Destination Of “Urban Village” Based On The Philosophizing

文章首先重新界定和诠释了"城中村"的本质,认为其是城乡运动所包含的人口、土地、文化等各个物质要素和非物质要素相互冲突、相互渗透、相互包容、相互依赖的产物,其的产生有着偶然性和必然性,发展存在着矛盾和统一规律;其次,认为"城中村"具有时间性、空间性和文化性的哲学属性,其存续的关键因素在于"人";最后,从"城中村"的居民谋生手段发生转变、城镇化水平不再提高、城市不再扩张并转向内部挖潜,但物质空间价值和文化价值得以保留,判断出"城中村"从"消亡"走向"重生"的最终归宿,并为当前"城中村"的规划治理提出一些建议。

The paper redefines and interprets the essence of the urban village, and believes that urban village is the outcome of the mutual conflicts, infiltration, tolerance and dependence of urban and rural sports, including non-material and material elements such as popularity, land, culture and etc; the appearance of urban village has the accidental and inevitable factors, the its development always has the contradiction and unity rules. Then, the paper thinks that urban village has the philosophy attributes of timeliness, spatiality, and cultural, and the ＂people＂ is the key factor to its existence and extension. At last, while people change their livelihood means, the level of urbanization do not rise in time, the city do not expand in space but turns to internal development, but the value of material space and cultural still be preserved and excavated, thus, we can judge the destination of urban village finally to go from death to rebirth, and provides some suggestion for the planning and management of urban village.
