永茂建筑公司若干史料拾纂(一):机构之创设及其演替,1949～1952

Selected Historical Materials of Yongmao Architectural Company(Part Ⅰ):Establishment and Development

公营永茂建筑公司是北京市建筑设计研究院有限公司的前身,在首都的建设事业中曾做出过重要贡献。本文及后续研究采用机构史的视角,结合文献研究和口述史料,对公营永茂建筑公司的创设背景、发展轨迹、领导成员、职员名单及内部的各种管理制度等内容进行梳理,研究其机构的发展演替及其与新中国的国家建构间的关系,关注中国独有的政治社会特点如单位制度和基层档案,建立起探究"人-物-制度"互动关系的研究框架,拓宽中国现代建筑史的研究的内容、方法和视野。

Founded on October 1, 1949, Yongmao Architectural Company was the precedent of Beijing Architectural Institute of Design （BIAD） and made significant contributions to Beijing＇s urban construction and social change. This paper and following research study the establishment of Yongmao and its institutional development between 1949 and 1952, including the backdrop, leadership members, management and mobilization mechanisms, etc., based on an institutional perspective and the methods of the combination of archives and oral history.
