基层党建是党的全部工作的基础,加强和改进基层党建是确保党的事业不断进步的一项长期性、基础性工作。2014年挂牌的上海市公安局自贸区分局自成立之初,就被赋予了创新警务机制、防范金融风险、服务企业主体的重任,如何立足辖区特点和自身优势,主动适应企业发展和经济建设的新形势、新挑战,以基层党建为平台,促进警企合作,全力推动警务机制创新,营造良好营商环境,成为值得认真思考的重要课题。

With the rapid development of technology and network communication tools, it is the trend of the times to build the platform system of the Party for public security organs. At the same time, it is an inexorable law to hold on to a dominant position and maintain vitality for the Communist Party of China. In order to promote reform and development of the Party for public security organs in new times, we should establish a network between the Party and the enterprise and develop the platform system of management. The public security organs should make the transition from the old conception to the new and constantly bring forth new ideas.
