摘要
目的探讨降钙素原(procalcitonin,PCT)、白细胞(leukocyte,WBC)和β_2-微球蛋白(β_2-MG)在左氧氟沙星治疗复杂性尿路感染的变化及意义。方法选取本院2015年8月至2017年2月收治的70例复杂性尿路感染患者接受左氧氟沙星治疗7天,评价药物疗效并检测患者治疗前后血清中PCT、WBC和β_2-MG的浓度。结果患者血清PCT、WBC和β_2-MG浓度在左氧氟沙星治疗后明显降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合检测复杂性尿路感染患者血清中PCT、WBC和β_2-MG的敏感性更高,且患者血清PCT、WBC和β_2-MG浓度与左氧氟沙星的使用具有明显相关性。结论 PCT、WBC和β_2—MG在临床诊断复杂性尿路感染的发生发展过程具有重要作用。复杂性尿路感染患者应用左氧氟沙星治疗可明显降低血清PCT、WBC和β_2-MG水平。
Abstract:Objective To investigate the changes and significance of procalcitonin (PCT), leukocyte (WBC) and β2-microglobulin (β2-MG) in the treatment of complex urinary tract infection with levofloxacin. Method 70 patients with complicated urinary tract infection were enrolled in this study from 2015/8 to 2017/2. The patients were treated with levofloxacin for 7 days. The concentrations of PCT, WBC and β2-MG in serum were evaluated before and after treatment. Result The levels of PCT, WBC and β2-MG in patients were significantly decreased after levofloxacin treatment (p〈0.05). The levels of PCT, WBC and β2-MG in the serum of patients with complex urinary tract infection were higher, and the serum PCT, WBC and β2-MG concentrations were significantly correlated with the use of levofloxacin. Conclusion PCT, WBC and β2-MG have important roles in the clinical development of complex urinary tract infections. Treatment to patients with complex urinary tract infection with levofloxacin can significantly reduce serum PCT, WBC and β2-MG levels.
