摘要
项目坐落于莫斯科的加里宁格勒地区，该地区在第二次世界大战中遭到了严重破坏。当地人在铁路旁边的空地上建造了一座现代化的白兰地酒厂。此次，项目的第一个阶段是建造一座仓库，除了有储存白兰地的主要功能外，还可以用于会议交流和接待宾客。作为创造和重生的象征，项目充分地显示出酒厂在城市生活中的意义所在。
The building is located in Kaliningrad region which was seriously damaged during World War II. In an empty place adjacent to the railroad a modern plant of brandy production was built. Our task was a warehouse building project which apart from its main function - storing brandy tierces - would serve as a place of meetings and communication, guests reception as well as a symbol of creation and rebirth, demonstrating the role of the plant in the city life.
