摘要 为研究低温条件下SF_6/N_2混合气体的击穿特性,搭建了温度可控的气体击穿试验系统,采用棒板电极模型模拟GIS内部极不均匀电场,对SF_6/N_2混合气体的工频及雷电冲击击穿特性进行了研究。结果表明:只要保证固定的充气比例和密度下混合气体不发生液化,温度变化对SF_6/N_2混合气体的绝缘性能基本无影响,且SF_6/N_2混合气体的极性效应比纯SF6气体更明显。 To research the breakdown characteristics of SF6/N2 mixture gas under extremely low temperature, a temperature-controllable gas breakdown experimental system was established. A rod-plate electrode model was used to simulate the severe non-uniform electric field in GIS, and the breakdown characteristics of SF6/N2 mixture gas under power frequency and lightning impulse voltage were studied. The results show that when the mixture gas does not liquefy at certain ratio and density, temperature variation has little effect on the insulating properties of SF6/N2 mixture gas, and the polarity effect of SF6/N2 mixture gas is more obvious than that of pure SF6 gas.
