外绝缘硅橡胶材料硬化褪色现象分析及机理研究 被引量:9

摘要 以新疆地区的复合绝缘子样品为例,对硅橡胶材料的硬化、褪色现象开展研究,测量了硅橡胶材料的活化能、交联密度、傅里叶变换红外光谱吸收峰等参数,并利用数学方法建立了硬度、颜色与这些参数的定量关系。结果表明:高温硫化硅橡胶材料的硬化褪色现象是由物理交联密度上升导致的。硅橡胶体系中的填料与硅氧烷分子的吸附、结合作用,导致硅橡胶体系整体物理交联密度的上升,材料表观活化能增大,从而使硅橡胶表现出硬化、褪色现象。 Composite insulators from Xinjiang province were used as samples, and the hardness, color fading phenomena of high temperature vulcanized (HTV) silicone rubber materials were studied. Their parameters such as activation energy, crosslinking density, and FTIR spectra were tested, and the quantitative relations among these parameters, hardness, and color were established. The results show that the hardening and color fading phenomena of HTV silicone rubber are caused by the increase of physical crosslinking density. The increase of physical crosslinking density is caused by the adsorption and combination of inorganic fillers and PDMS in HTV silicone rubber, and then the activatioin energy of RTV increases, which would lead to the hardening and color fading phenomena of silicone rubber.
