It is significantly important to stabilize the national economy, optimize the industrial structure, change the way of economic growth in China through the supply reform of oil industry. With the new normal economic development, the development of China＇s oil industry is obstructed by a series of problems such as property single structure, production and marketing mismatch and outdated technology. Therefore, further deepening the reform of property righ, reform enterprise organization structure, increase support of technological innovation and new energy are crucial to realize the reform of China＇s oil supply side and optimized economic structure under the ＂new normal＂ economic development environment.
