河北省外向型塑料化工行业发展状况调查与对策研究

Investigation of Development and Strategies of Export-oriented Plastic-Chemical Companies in Hebei Province

以河北省外向型塑料化工行业发展作为研究对象,选取600家塑料化工企业调查并分析其发展状况,调查结果表明,河北省外向型塑料化工企业总体发展情况较好,但是在采购、技术水平和人员成本等管理方面存在一系列问题,河北省塑料化工企业应该从技术提升、成本控制、人才等方面提升企业发展。

With export-oriented plastic-chemical companies development in Hebei Province as the research object, 600 plastic chemical companies were selected to be investigated and analyzed on their development status. The survey results show that the overall development of the export-oriented plastic chemical companies in Hebei Province is better, but there are still a series of problems in the management of procurement, technical standards and staff costs, etc. The plastic chemical companies in Hebei should enhance corporate development from the technology upgrading, cost control, personnel and other aspects.
