氢气作为聚丙烯反应原料之一,在聚合反应中起调节摩尔质量的作用。但氢气中的CO、H_2O等杂质必须控制在一定含量以下,不然将会影响聚丙烯催化剂的活性以及产品的质量。因此,从界区来的氢气需进行精制,再送往下游的反应器。甲烷化法氢气精制方案包括氢气脱CO和氢气干燥两部分。
