Innovative Design of Injection Mould for Automobile Dashboard with Deeper Cavity

摘要 根据轿车仪表板的结构特点与质量要求,简要介绍了当前深型腔轿车仪表板注射模具的设计难点,并借助于UGNX与Moldflow软件在模具结构、顺序注射、冷却系统等方面进行仿真分析和创新设计。设计结果满足整车量产的预期要求,还可推广应用到扰流板、火车仪表板等具有同样结构特征的装饰部件生产上。 The design issues of injection mould for automobile dashboard with deeper cavity were described on the basis of dashboard's structural characteristics and quality requirement. And the simulation Analysis and innovative design of the mould structure, sequnce injection and cooling system were carried out by UGNX and Moldflow sofewares. The design meets the anticipation of automobile mass production. The design results meet the expected requirements for vehicle volume production, and can also be applied to the manufacture of decorative parts with the same structural characteristics such as the spoiler and the train instrument panel.
