摘要
通过优化双螺杆反应挤出工艺提高聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)的熔体黏弹性,参与反应的是一种环氧基扩链剂,优化工艺考察了机筒温度,螺杆转速和喂料量三个主要影响因素,采用Box-Behnken响应面方法进行实验设计和数据分析。分析结果表明,三个变量都显著影响挤出产物的黏弹性,根据影响程度的大小排名为:螺杆转速>喂料量>机筒温度。间歇发泡实验证明了工艺优化能够提高PET的发泡性能。
Modified polyethylene terephthalate (PET) was prepared through a twin-screw reactive extrusion process with an epoxy compound as chain extender. The effect of processing parameters on the melt viscoelasticity of PET was investigated by Box-Behnken response surface analysis. The results demonstrate that the ranking according to the degree of influence on the viscoelasticity is: screw speed 〉 feed rate 〉 barrel temperature. Batch foaming experiment results show the foaming properties of PET are improved by optimizing the process conditions.
