摘要
结合饮料瓶盖产品批量大,且需保证一定精度、无废料、高效生产的生产要求,设计了一种双层叠层热流道注塑模具,模具结构由上、下两层热流道注塑模具复合组成,单层模腔数量为一模八腔,其热流道浇注系统由三级构成;设计了一种齿条驱动式模板同步开闭机构以保证上下两层注塑模的同步开闭;设计了双斜导柱连体滑块同步驱动单侧边四个成型滑块头的改进型滑块机构;产品的最终顶出采用油缸驱动顶出脱模机构顶出并配合以气体辅助吹出的自动化脱模机构设计;模具结构简单实用,能很好地满足该瓶盖的生产要求。
Combined with production requirements of beverage bottle products including big batch production, certain accuracy, no waste and high production, the double-layered injection mold with double stack and hot runner was designed. The mold structure was composed of two layers of hot runner injection mold composition with one mold-eight cavities in every layer of mold, and the hot runner system was composed of three stages. To design a rack-driven template synchronous open-and-close mechanism to ensure the two layers on the mold under the synchronous on-off. To design the improved slider mechanism synchronously driven by a double oblique guide string with four forming sliding blocks in one side. And the product ejection adopted cylinder-driven demoulding mechanism combined with the automatic stripping mechanism assisted by gas blow-out. The mould structure is simple and practical and can well meet the production requirements of bottle cads.
