摘要
利用Haake转矩流变仪制备了甲基乙烯基硅橡胶(VMQ)/聚氨酯(TPU)热塑性弹性体。采用扫描电子显微镜、静态接触角等测试方法研究了VMQ/TPU热塑性弹性体的相态转变过程、力学性能、界面张力等性能。结果表明,在动态硫化过程中,硅橡胶从连续相转变成颗粒状分散在聚氨酯中;不同加工温度的TPU(E270和H570)和VMQ共混,随TPU含量的增加,VMQ/TPU热塑性弹性体的拉伸强度、断裂伸长率均有不同程度的增加;随着TPU含量的增加,共混物的接触角减小,界面张力增大,且聚酯型(TPU)与VMQ相容性优于热熔胶型TPU。
Methyl vinyl silicone rubber (VMQ)/polyurethane (TPU) thermoplastic elastomer was prepared using Haake torque rheometer. The phase transition process, mechanical properties, interfacial tension of the VMQ/TPU thermoplastic elastomers were studied by means of scanning electron microscope and static contact angle. The results show that: in the process of dynamic vulcannization, the silicon rubber is transformed from continuous phase to granular dispersed in polyurethane. When TPU ( E270 and H570) and VMQ are blended at different processing temperatures, the tensile strength and the elongation at break of the TPU/VMQ thermoplastic elastomer increase with the increase of TPU content. With the increase of TPU content, the contact angle of blends decreases and the interfacial tension increase, and the compatibility between polyester TPU and VMQ is better than that of hot-meh adhesive TPU.
