摘要
分析了SDZ-3000遥测伽马仪探测器在水平井测井中经常出现晶体损坏的现象,建立了橡胶垫力学模型和泡沫塑料力学模型,得出减震器的理论设计方法,并应用于减震器的改进设计中。实际应用情况表明,改进后的仪器故障率降低,节约了成本,增强了仪器的耐用性。
The crystal damage phenomenon of SDZ- 3000 telemetry gamma ray detector in horizontal well logging was analyzed, the me- chanical models of rubber mat and plastic foam were established, and the theory design method of shock absorber was obtained and applied to improvement design. The practical application shows that the failure rate of the instrument is reduced, the cost is saved, and the durabili- ty of the instrument is enhanced.
