摘要
对YXK6井在钻塞过程中发生的套管磨损事故进行了调查研究,对钻水泥塞过程中返出的铁屑和钻头损坏形貌进行了分析,认为钻头与套管内壁异常摩擦干涉导致下钻遇阻事故。对影响下钻遇阻的各种因素逐一进行了排查和分析,认为下钻遇阻原因与钻头与套管发生摩擦干涉有关,套管磨损与现场采用的通径规不符合标准有关,也与钻塞钻头尺寸偏大和钻头选型不合理等有关。建议在套管下井之前应严格按照标准进行套管通径检查,改进套管柱设计和钻柱设计。
This paper gives an investigation on accident of casing wear and tear during drilling cement plug in Well YXK6. It was considered that abnormal friction hetween bit and casing resulted in accident of drilling resistance per analyzing on iron scuff morphology and taihu'e bit morphology. It was found that there was mismatching between bit and casing, but it was no related to creep formations pass through analysis on accident of drilling resistance. It was suggested that casing string design and drilling string design should be improved, and casing drift inspection shouht be done in accordance with the standard.
