摘要 随着高自动化水平选矿厂的涌现,选矿工艺流程中各用水点水量的准确计算显得非常重要。长期以来,选矿矿浆流程计算采用选矿设计手册所给定的方法计算,不够精准。通过某浮选厂矿浆流程计算过程,给出了一种计算各产物工艺水、泵水封水和药剂制备水的分类方法。通过各产物补加水量分类计算,可准确计算出整个流程所需新水总量和可利用的回水总量。 With the emergence of high-level automatic concentrators, it is very important to calculate water amount of various water consumption points in mineral processing .process flow. For a long time, the method given in the mineral processing design manual is used for calculation of slurry flow, which is not precise enough. According to calculation process of slurry flow in a certain flotation plant, a classification method is given to calculate the process water of products, pump water and reagent preparation water. The total amounts of fresh water required in the whole process flow and the available return water can be accurately calculated by using the classification calculation of makeup water amount of various products.
