介绍处理高品位废杂铜(含铜>90%)工艺流程,主要包括原料打包、NGL炉火法精炼、阳极浇铸、烟气二次燃烧、收尘。其中,NGL炉熔炼过程采用稀氧燃烧和氮气搅拌方式,提高了热利用率,强化了冶金反应,减少了烟气生成。
The paper introduces the process flow for treatment of high grade copper scrap /copper content is more than 9U%), which mainly includes raw material packing, NGL furnace pyro-refining, anode casting, secondary combustion of flue gas and dust collection. Among them, NGL furnace smelting process uses diluted oxygen combustion and nitrogen mixing method, which improves heat utilization rate, strengthens metallurgical reaction and reduces flue gas generation.
